Buckets and Industrial Elevator Systems
Vertical Bulk Elevation with Maximum Control
We supply buckets and industrial elevator systems designed for the continuous vertical transport of milling product. We adapt materials, capacity, and configuration to each installation to ensure performance and operational stability.
At Balaguer Components, we develop solutions that fit your process and perform under real working conditions.
Available Models: Plastic, Steel, and Technical Materials
We offer different configurations of industrial buckets that respond to specific working conditions. Material selection is not standard; it is defined based on wear, product type, and process requirements.
We work with technical materials that allow each solution to be adapted to the actual behavior of the elevator system, preventing premature failures or performance losses.
In our catalog you can find:
HDPE · High-Density Polyethylene
Lightweight and impact-resistant material, suitable for granulated products and continuous transport without accumulations.
Nylon
High mechanical and wear resistance, recommended for applications with greater demands and operating speed.
Polyurethane
Flexible behavior with good abrasion resistance, useful in processes requiring impact absorption.
Seamless Stamped Steel
Maximum resistance for transporting abrasive materials or heavy loads.
Galvanized Steel
Corrosion protection in environments with humidity or variable conditions.
Stainless Steel
Solution for the food industry, with hygiene and chemical resistance requirements.
Bucket Elevators for Grains and Cereals
We configure elevator systems with industrial buckets adjusted to the parameters of each installation. We work with capacities ranging from 0.24 to 3.30 dm³, which allows defining the load volume based on the required flow rate and product type. We also manufacture higher capacities on request for heavy industry.
This capacity range allows the system to be adapted both to processes requiring flow control and to higher production configurations where performance is paramount. Selection is not based on an isolated value, but on how it interacts with the rest of the system.
In addition to capacity, we define bucket spacing, belt speed, and discharge type, configuring the system based on the actual behavior of the product during elevation.
Plastic Bucket
Common solution in cereal and granulated transport, where the goal is to reduce wear, noise, and structural load on the system.
Higher Capacity Configurations
Oriented to processes where flow rate is the main factor and it is necessary to optimize the volume transported per cycle.
Centrifugal Discharge
Used in systems where speed allows product evacuation without retention.
Continuous Discharge
Applied in processes where the product requires more stable and controlled treatment during discharge.
Belts and Elevator Conveyors
We supply bucket elevators as a complete system where each component influences overall behavior. It is not just about the bucket, but how it integrates with the belt, fastening system, and elevator structure.
At Balaguer Components, we define each element together, ensuring compatibility and avoiding misalignments that could affect performance. We work with configurations adapted to load, speed, and operating conditions, adjusting each component so the system operates continuously.
This approach prevents common plant problems such as misalignments, product losses, or premature wear, ensuring the system maintains its performance over time.
Applications and Sectors of Use
We adapt elevator bucket systems to the specific conditions of each sector, taking into account product behavior, required flow rate, and operational requirements of each installation.
We work with real process parameters, defining bucket capacity, spacing, belt speed, and discharge type so the system responds stably in continuous operation.
