We manufacture custom sleeves for equipment such as plansifters, with fastening systems using elastic snap rings that allow for quick and secure installation.
We use needle-punched polyester fabric for continuous processes where mechanical resistance and filtering stability are required. In more demanding environments, we incorporate Teflon sleeves with moisture-proof treatment to prevent saturation when the product presents variable moisture conditions.
We also work with antistatic fiber configurations, integrating materials such as carbon or stainless steel to prevent charge buildup in fine dust processes. This type of solution allows for stable filtering without interference in product behavior.
Sieve clothing for plansifters and purifiers
