Micro-perforated sheet and stainless steel sheet

Our countersunk perforated sheet allows for improved product flow and reduced accumulation in sieving and filtering processes. This type of perforation creates a geometry that facilitates flow and improves performance in processes where precision in separation is fundamental.

At Balaguer Components we work with micro-perforation configurations with diameters from 1 mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, adjusting the pitch between perforations and the open area percentage based on the expected plant behavior. These parameters allow for control of flow rate, particle retention, and process efficiency.

In stainless steel, these solutions are adapted to food processes that require stability, durability, and compatibility with sanitary regulations, especially in milling, classification, and product treatment.

Custom manufacturing

We develop custom perforated sheet metal based on specific technical specifications, adjusting each parameter to the working conditions of the installation. We manufacture sheets according to drawings, with control over perforation diameter, pitch, thickness, and material type.

We work with thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, as well as specific configurations in slotted, round, or special perforations depending on the application. This allows the sheet to be adapted to the actual behavior of the product and the system in which it is integrated.

Furthermore, we develop solutions where the perforation diameter and the center-to-center distance determine the product’s behavior in the process. We work with perforations from 1 mm to 30 mm, adjusting the mesh pitch and the open area percentage to control flow rate, retention, and flow.

We control tolerances to ensure that each piece fits correctly into existing equipment, avoiding deviations in assembly or operation. This manufacturing capability allows for the replacement of worn elements or the development of new solutions tailored to each process.
