Redler-Type Conveyor Chain

Reduces losses and wear in bulk conveying

We supply Redler-type conveyor chains configured for continuous bulk product transport without losses or accumulation. We adjust materials, chain type, and drive system to the actual conditions of your installation to maintain flow and stability.

At Balaguer Components, we develop solutions that perform in the plant and reduce wear, noise, and maintenance.

Features and operation

We develop each conveyor chain of Redler type in different configurations according to process requirements, product type, and working conditions. We supply forged chains with steel or nylon flights, as well as double mesh systems according to DIN 8165 standards.

Detachable assembly

Assemblies with steel flights are manufactured from treated alloy, combining high hardness in wear zones with a body that maintains ductility to absorb fatigue and impacts. This allows working with continuous loads without compromising system stability.

In configurations with nylon flights, we use C-45 steel links with technical scrapers that reduce weight and noise, eliminate the need for anti-wear plates, and facilitate maintenance. These solutions are designed to operate within temperature ranges between -20 ºC and +70 ºC.

Double mesh versions, manufactured with C-15 steel shafts and bushings, allow the system to be adjusted according to usage conditions and facilitate interventions through detachable configurations on one or two sides. Systems like Bolt ‘N’ Go allow complete disassembly without welding and quick component replacement.

Applications in the milling industry

The chain Redler conveyor is integrated into production lines where horizontal or inclined transport must remain stable, without product losses or dust generation. The system’s airtightness allows working with fine materials without emissions or cross-contamination.

At Balaguer Components, we adapt each configuration based on product behavior and required flow rate, ensuring operational continuity and transport stability.

Advantages over other transport systems

The Redler conveyor is used when the process requires product control, airtightness, and continuous operation compared to other solutions such as screw conveyors or belt conveyors.

Compared to screw conveyors

This system prevents compaction and reduces wear on both product and equipment, maintaining more uniform transport.

Compared to belt conveyors

It offers a higher level of airtightness, preventing dust emissions and material losses, especially with fine products like flours or by-products.

In terms of maintenance

Detachable configurations and weld-free systems allow for quicker component intervention, reducing downtime.

In terms of operating cost

Reduced losses, less wear, and optimized maintenance allow the system to operate with greater efficiency.
